Peaceful Mind Way: Tracing the Path

Peaceful Mind Way Kung Fu comes from a long, traditional history originating from the Chinese temples of Shaolin and Wutang. Over the centuries our style has come to embrace the greatest teachings of masters from China, Korea and Japan. What follows is a brief and recent history from which our Kung Fu draws its strength.

Our name, Peaceful Mind Way, represents our school's core philosophy and mindset towards training and how we use our skill. We seek “clarity through the chaos” whether in a fight or in our everyday lives. The Peaceful Mind Way Kung Fu style is comprehensive and complete, combining the techniques, forms and mind/body training from its distinguished predecessors.
